At Three Little Birds, we believe that relationships are one of the most important and enjoyable parts of being human. Our practice is focused on connecting people and guiding them toward feeling more satisfied in their relationships.  Therapy is highly focused on communication, healing relational wounds, gaining awareness of relationship patterns and understanding needs so that you can feel more understood and fulfilled in all relationships in your life.  Our therapists are all culturally sensitive, trauma informed and welcome all relationships.   

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy provides a supportive, non judgmental space for an unbiased party to help you process and explore areas of your life you may want to make changes to.  Persistent sadness or anxiety, substance use concerns, relationship issues, trauma, sexual concerns and life changes are common reasons people may engage in individual therapy.

Brainspotting Therapy & Intensives

 Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method allowing deep, non verbal processing to release and resolve symptoms caused by difficult life experiences. Brainspotting increases overall feelings of calm and often achieves long lasting symptom reduction and increased feelings of self worth.  Brainspotting can be used as a main treatment method or alongside talk therapy. 

Couple & Relationship Therapy

Life inevitably affects our relationship with our significant other and over time, certain experiences can have a negative impact. We have helped partners through infidelity, addiction, adjustment to baby, co parenting, sexual concerns and feelings of disconnection.  Relationship therapy can provide a place to work through conflict, explore unmet needs and re discover each other.

Attachment Focused Therapy

Our practice specializes in treating relational wounds and ruptures from childhood or your current relationship.  Our therapists use a variety of healing modalities including Brainspotting, Inner Child/ Parts work,  Narrative Therapy, Family systems theory, EFT and somatic approaches to heal these wounds and help you achieve the intimate emotional connections you deserve. 

THREE LITTLE BIRDS

Birds are a symbol of freedom, harmony, and a higher knowledge. They often indicate the dawn of a new day, a change in seasons, or peacefulness. In my own life, birds have symbolized happiness, hope and a call to action. Our name, Three Little Birds Therapy and Wellness, is a reminder that it's the small things in life that can keep us going even through the most difficult of seasons, and to reflect on the harmony, hope and beauty around us on a daily basis.
