INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy sessions provide a supportive, safe environment to explore life’s challenges, symptoms you may be experiencing, or just be a space for you to process, explore and grow. People seek individual therapy for a variety of reasons, but common ones include relationship challenges, anxiety, depression / general feelings of discontent or unhappiness, a significant life change, grief/ loss or a desire for self growth. Our therapists all take a relational approach to therapy, even with individual work, so we explore not only what may be happening with you, but also what may be happening around you that could be contributing to symptoms or challenges.
