Brainspotting Intensives

Personal, rapid and effective healing

Personal Brainspotting Intensives

If you've found that weekly hour long therapy sessions have not provided the space you need to fully heal from or process an issue, a brainspotting intensive may be a good option to explore.  Typical hour long therapy sessions often feel rushed, with 10-15 minutes of catching up at the start of session and 10 minutes at the end for grounding and scheduling, that doesn’t leave a lot of time for the deeper work many clients are seeking.

Intensives provide dedicated and intentional time to immerse yourself in your healing and fully process deep wounds or issues without the distraction of a time limit and other commitments that tend to be part of our day to day.   Intensives may also be a good option for those who don't have time to dedicate to weekly therapy sessions, but want to heal, and can set aside a chunk of time at once.

Benefits of an intensive include:
  • Customized treatment plan; I personalize each treatment plan to ensure that it caters to the individual needs and goals of each client

  • Rapid progress; Intensive therapy sessions allow clients to work through trauma at a much faster pace then traditional therapy approaches, leading to faster healing and symptom relief.

  • Deep brain and body based healing through brainspotting; a powerful brain / body focused treatment method that identifies, processes and released deep neurophysiological and emotional trauma, negative self beliefs, problematic behaviors and performance blocks.
